Braise a SHORT RIB OF BEEF.
Shred meat & mash roughly with boiled POTATOES, fried ONIONS, finely chopped PARSLEY then season liberally.
Heat a frying pan with rapeseed oil & brown off mixture, stirring every 2-3 mins allowing parts to go crispy. Slice & toast an ENGLISH MUFFIN.
Spoon hash over muffin base – top with grated EDAM then place under grill.
Fry one EGG sunny side up.
Take the top half of the muffin & dollop liberally with SIDEKICK® HOT TOM SPICY KETCHUP.
Once cheese has melted, assemble the Dexter & DEVOUR!
